Strattons is currently looking for a Full Time Waiter/Waitress.
As a Full Time Waiter/Waitress you will be expected to support the Restaurant Manager in the running of the restaurant ensuring that it operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining the reputation and ethos of Strattons.
This position requires someone who is well motivated, confident, with experience in customer relations and an enjoyment for the industry with a genuine pride & interest for their work.
The restaurant operates to a flexible weekly rota, this position will be for an average of 32 hours per week, usually over 4 - 5 days. Shift times could be, but not necessarily, 4/5/6pm – 12am, 4/5/6pm – 11pm, or splits 12pm – 4pm & 6pm – 12am. 28 days paid holiday per year.
Please note that as a hospitality business weekends are our busiest time; applicants must be happy working weekends.
