Strattons is a small independent family run boutique hotel secluded in the historic Market town of Swaffham offering ‘luxury without sacrifice to the environment’.
At Strattons we offer an alternative to the large wedding. Be surrounded by your close friends & family, share great food and wine in peaceful; hip & funky surroundings.
Accommodation
There are 14 individual, sumptuous, & eclectic bedrooms; oozing cool contemporary style with originality. 7 double rooms and 7 suites & apartments. Strattons can accommodate up to 28 adults and 10 children sharing.
Ceremony
Although Strattons does not hold a wedding license there are some great venues close by, including Swaffham Town Hall & St Peter & Paul Church.
Wedding breakfast
Strattons 40 cover award winning chic restaurant serves organic and locally sourced produce in an innovative and exciting modern English style, fabulous cheeses from the British Isles complemented with wines from all over the world. A sample wedding breakfast menu is attached. An evening buffet is also available on request.
Entertainment
Strattons would suit a small string quartet; solo guitarist or an i-pod loaded with your favourite tunes.
Cake
A fabulous bespoke cake or cupcakes can be supplied by CoCoes café &deli located at the entrance to the hotel.
Photographs
Strattons front garden provides a beautiful and unique backdrop for your wedding photographs.
Location & parking
Swaffham is located off the A47 between Kings Lynn and Norwich. Within easy reach of London. Parking is available on site at no extra cost.
Prices
Prices start from £3750 with exclusive use of our 14 rooms and 28 covers in our restaurant. Rates will vary dependent on your chosen day, date & specifications. A 2 night minimum booking applies to weekends and 3 for bank holidays throughout the year; except January where single nights are available. A 50% deposit is required on booking. Exclusive use must be booked over weekends. We are pleased to confirm that we do not charge any hire fees.

Style
Strattons is an independent family run hotel secluded in the historic Market town of Swaffham, offering guests ‘luxury without sacrifice to the environment’.
Location
Swaffham is situated along the A47 between King’s Lynn and Dereham, in Norfolk. Strattons is only 30 miles from Norwich, 15 miles from Kings Lynn only around 2 hours drive from London.

14 sumptuous bedrooms, including, 7 doubles, 5 suites and 2 one bedroom apartments.
Function rooms
Strattons has three meeting room options; accommodating up to 16 delegates. Great spaces for team building days; interviews; product sales and business meetings.

One: ‘The Rustic’
The Rustic is located in the semi basement, close to the toilets and with a separate bar and lunch area. Our largest meeting room for up to 20 - 30 people depending on seating style, available between 10.30am (or earlier if booking exclusive use of the bedrooms) and 5.30pm. This space is available on the day or 24 hour delegate packages only and for a minimum of 8 delegates.
Two: Print room one
The bedroom of this suite can be shut to allow a cool contemporary meeting space with formal and comfy seating for up to 8 delegates. Room hire starts from £110; subject to availability and requirements. Contact reception for more details.
Three: CoCoes cafe
Available for evening room hire, or table rental during opening hours. Located at the entrance to Strattons, an ideal location for sales and promotion. Room hire starts from £30; subject to availability and requirements. Contact reception for more details.

‘Directors Cut’ lunches available add £8.00 per person to the day delegate or 24 hour delegate for three courses. Choices arranged to suit your requirements.

Terms & conditions
* All meeting and conference bookings must be accompanied by a deposit (50% of total booking rate) and payment in full at the end of your stay.
* Booking cancellations within 7 days of your meeting date will result in a cancellation charge of 100% of the total booking rate.
* Final numbers must be agreed no later than 7 days prior to your meeting date; amendments made within 7 days will still be charged at the original rates and no deductions can be made.
* Exclusive use of the hotel is only available when booking all 14 bedrooms and a minimum cover charge will be applied to the restaurant. Please contact reception with your requirements for a quote.
* ‘The Rustic’ must be booked on the daily or 24 hour delegate rate with a minimum of 8 delegates. ‘The Rustic’ is not available on a room hire only basis.
